All items ordered through the Mumaroo website must be paid for in advance using any of the payment method options before they are dispatched or delivered. Payment must have been received in full, with the exception of a client using Clearpay or Laybuy.
Upon receipt of your payment Mumaroo will prepare and dispatch within 24 hours unless otherwise stated. In rare circumstances when items may take longer to be prepared Mumaroo will contact the client by email to inform them. Some items may be sent individually at no extra costs to the client.
Items are sent via royal mail 2nd class signed for as standard.
Mumaroo will accept returns within 28 days of purchase date. Items must be returned in the original packaging with no signs of wear or usage and in resalable condition. Mumaroo reserves the right to deduct a fee from the refund should items be returned damaged, without packaging or in used condition. This fee will depend on the individual circumstance but will be itemised and explained in full. Mumaroo will not refund postage costs. The postage costs of returning is done so by the client. Mumaroo strongly recommends clients use a tracked method for returns.
Refunds will be processed on the day of the item being returned and received by us. processing times vary depending on the original payment used. Refunds will only be made via the same method as payment was received.

Sling hiring terms and conditions
We have a full and extensive sling hiring terms and conditions policy. This can be found on the sling hiring page and is also emailed directly to the client after hiring. Should you wish to receive a copy before you hire please request one using the chat box or email.
All appointments require payment in advance to secure your session. This includes workshops and packages. Should you wish to spread the cost please contact us to discuss. Mumaroo believes everyone should have access to support and understand affordability can be a barrier therefore; we are always happy to discuss payment plan options at no additional cost to the client.
Cancellations - we cannot refund appointments if they are cancelled less than 48 hours before the appointment time. Though we are always happy to discuss rescheduling sessions in some circumstances there may be a small rescheduling fee.
Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will be eligible for a full refund. This excludes bump to babywearing due to clients receiving their free stretchy wrap. Should clients return their wrap in unused packaged condition then a refund will be permitted.
Mumaroo accepts, supports and believes passionately that everyone is welcome in our community. Mumaroo will never discriminate against a client for their origin, race, religion, sexuality, gender or disabilities. Website reviews and client testimonials
Mumaroo never pays for reviews or writes reviews on clients behalf's. Clients are never offered incentives or rewards for writing us reviews. All testimonials and reviews on the website or social media channels are genuine. We do not as a general rule work with influencers - should we do this we will make it very clear on the specific influencer review. All client photos have had permission to be used on the Mumaroo website. Equally Mumaroo never pays for followers on social media.
